The purpose of this form is to notify Birdwood Games that you are returning a product or multiple products.
If products are defective or damaged, please email support@birdwoodgames.com. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence. In this case, you do not need to complete this form.
For most of our products bought online from Birdwoodgames.com, you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it, 14 days after delivery but you must return the products at your own cost and in an unopened/unused condition.
