The game of second chances for shelter dogs will give back to rescue work.
Birdwood Games are searching for a charity partner for their new title, Forever Home, in which players try to match up shelter dogs with new families.
“We are passionate about our board games giving back,” said Forever Home designer and Birdwood Games co-founder, Lottie Hazell. “We knew as soon as we started designing Forever Home that we’d love to donate a portion of profits to a shelter charity.”
Birdwood Games is crowdsourcing charity suggestions from their communities on social media. They have invited anyone interested to nominate a charity, big or small, connected with dog rehoming for Birdwood Games to review as a potential partner.

“We’re excited to be working with our fans to choose a charity partner for Forever Home,” said Jack Hazell, designer and co-founder. “Animal rescue is a subject close to so many peoples’ hearts, so we wanted our communities to input on our chosen charity.”
Birdwood Games will announce their chosen charity partner ahead of Forever Home's publication on 22nd September 2023.
